Dome illumination and Horizontal opposed ring　illumination.

Multi-angle irradiation by Dome illumination and regular reflection by Coaxial illumination can uniform irradiation although three-dimensional work.

The Dome Illumination and Horizontal Illumination have respective circuits, and the Illumination can be controlled independently.
