Lightweight, thin 8-mm dome lighting.Its no camera window design enables wide range and high uniform irradiation!

The irradiated surface of the main unit is also coated with a hard coating equivalent to 4H. However, by using the protective cover holder (IKFHA-C-HL series) and the protective cover (IKFHA-C-PRC series), strong protection is possible even in use environments where the light-emitting surface is easily scratched due to foreign objects flying into the aperture or the like.

In addition, the protective cover can be easily replaced even if it is scratched.

Hard coat processing

We made a hard coating on both sides of the lighting opening acrylic to make it resistant to scratches.

The surface hardness is equivalent to 4H, which is stronger than general acrylic materials.

The light emitting surface is particularly susceptible to damage, so if dust or dirt adhere to it, remove it with an air blow or other means.

Caution: Dust, scratches and scratches on the light emitting surface may affect the imaging.

With the same housing size as the IFHA series, space-saving installation is possible even when the installation location is limited.

Even at close range to the workpiece, the camera can capture images without being disturbed by troublesome reflections.

 


Protective cover can be attached and easily replaced

By attaching the Protective Cover: IKFHA-C-PRC series and the Protective Cover Holder: IKFHA-C-HL series, it is scratch-resistant even in environments where dust and dirt fly, and can be replaced if scratched.

The protective cover holder can be easily attached and removed, and the protective cover can be easily replaced.

To install the protective cover
One protective cover (IKFHA-C□-PRC) and one protective cover holder (IKFHA-C□-HL) are required in addition to the lighting unit.

When both sides are to be protected, two protective covers and protective cover holders are required.
