With improved brightness and parallelism from the conventional product (IFV-C **-C01), it enables the handling of inspections with short tact time and inspections that require accuracy to detect fine scratches.
In addition, straight coaxial lighting is less likely to cause ghosting, which is ideal for inspections with high-resolution cameras and high-magnification.

-The IFVA-ST series allows the camera to be installed sideways instead of directly above it, reducing space in the height direction.
-The lineup of sizes is available in 3 sizes: □ 40, □ 50, and □ 70 with camera window openings.
