The “a>IFVA-PA series” is a coaxial illumination system that can simultaneously illuminate two different types of light on the same optical axis, making it possible to simultaneously visualize distortions and scratches on the surface of highly reflective materials such as optical discs, which are difficult to detect visually.
・Two different types of light can be irradiated at the same time on the same optical axis, enabling simultaneous visualization.
・By switching irradiation, detection is possible even with a monochrome camera.
