IFBU series
Lighting Feedback UnitIFBU series
Automatic adjustment of controller output by detecting changes in light intensity.
- The IFBU-SET consists of the IFBU-SU sensor unit, the IFBU-RASPI of the feedback unit (FB unit), and the connection cable IC-MIL-FBU. It is possible to extend the function to adjust the brightness. (Sensor mode)
- By connecting to a camera that can output information obtained by processing images captured using IC-MIL-FBU-I/O and acquiring information, the brightness can be reduced without having to place a sensor in the area to be illuminated. It is also possible to extend the function that can keep the constant. (I/O mode)
- In the sensor mode, the brightness information is obtained from the brightness information received by the sensor unit, and in the I/O mode, the brightness information is obtained from the captured image processing information at the specified position. By adjusting, it is possible to emit light with constant light intensity.
- The sensor unit supports the entire visible light range from blue to red, and supports the standard illumination described in the Leimac catalog.
- By connecting to a HUB, up to four units can be connected to one controller.
- Dedicated software is prepared for controlling the FB unit, and upper and lower limits can be set for changes in the amount of brightness, and time can be set for feedback control.
- There is a storage function for setting values, and a PC is not required except for initial setting and setting change.
- The sensor unit, which also takes into account temperature changes, can be installed anywhere, and the FB unit body can be mounted in any location by miniaturization.

Control image of light amount

Super strobe Controller for ISS seriesILS-SS series
Compact 24VDC input super strobe controller
Freely step up and down from 10 V to 36 V. The compact body allows easy storage in a cabinet.
Lighting time can be set in units of 1μs(edge mode), smaller than cinventional products.
Push-in type connector with no special tool required, allowing easy connection.

Super Strobe Emission
It is possible to instantaneously emit light with several times the amount of light compared with the amount of light that is always on (steady light emission).
Ideal for scenes that require high light intensity according to camera images, especially for inspection of high-speed moving objects.
Output voltage control setting
- The output voltage can be set in the range from 10V to the output voltage upper limit (SAG value) in 256 gradations.
- Output voltage can be set from the main unit or external parallel 8bit communication.
- It goes off when the output voltage setting is 0.
Various trigger functions
Three types of triggers can be selected according to the usage situation.
The light emission time can be set in 1 μs units, which is finer than that of conventional products (edge mode)
Internal trigger: Strobe emission at a light emission frequency of 4 kHz.
Light emission time: Off (pulse width 0) or 12.5 μs.
External trigger/edge: Light is emitted when an external trigger is received.
The emission time is the pulse width setting time (0 to 100 μs, 1 μs interval).
External trigger/level: Light is emitted when an external trigger is received.
The lighting time is the ON signal input time of the external trigger signal.

Super strobe power supply suitable for ISS series operation
Overdrive setting value (SAG value) can be set in 256 levels from 10 V to 36 V.
The output voltage can be controlled in 256 levels from 10V to SAG value.
Equipped with an internal control mode switched by a switch on the front and an external control mode by LAN communication.
It has four connection ports and can be set to output from 4 PCs.
The trigger mode can be selected from an internal trigger mode (100Hz fixed) and an external trigger mode.

Super strobe effects
