In order to use the internal reflection of the hemispherical, uniform image with no shadows and suppressed halation which was easily generated in the direct light, such as gloss or surface irregularities, can be taken.
It can also be considered as a planar image from the objects with the step or curved surface.
A large dome with a diameter of up to 350mm has been adopted, and large objects which could not be handled in a small dome conventional illumination can be handled.
It is 4 times brighter for blue and 2 time brighter for red and white than previous models which makes high-speed inspection possible.

The IDC series is a constant-current controller power supporting direct connection of the IHV and IBF series.
The IHV series can be corrected directly to the IDC-700DV, and the IHVB-22/IBFseries/IHV-FX series/IHV-SP series can be corrected directly to the IDC-700SV/IDC-1400DV without a resistance box.

With an ordinary light source, the light is reduced in inverse proportion to the square of distance.
When the distance is doubled, for example, the light intensity is reduced to only one-quarter, which is not enough to illuminate objects at a distance.
However, the IBF series does not follow this formula, and is capable of illuminating far-away objects without a reduction in light over the distance as shown in the above graph.
Laser pointer replacement (visual use)
Unlike laser pointers, IBF illumination can be illuminated on the surface, improving visibility.
Use as a backlight for a silhouette that does not wrap around (dimension and shape measurement)
In the case of diffused light, the light wraps around the work and the silhouette cannot be accurately captured.
Irradiation with parallel light prevents wraparound and captures the silhouette accurately, enabling accurate measurement of dimensions.

By illuminating an object with a lens effect with parallel light, it can be prevented from entering the camera, the silhouette can be accurately captured, and accurate dimension measurement is possible.

What is infrared light
Here are some examples of foreign-object and dents inspection using infrared lighting.
Infrared lighting has a longer wavelength than visible lighting and is not visible to the human eye.
Because infrared light has a very low scattering rate compared with ultraviolet light and visible light, which means transmittance is high, it allows liquid and ink to be penetrated.
As the wavelength range is limited, it does not affect photosensitive object, unlike halogen.

What is scattering rate
Scattering rate indicates how easy it is for light to change direction when light hits the surface of object.
The higher the scattering rate, the easier it is for light to scatter on hitting a surface, which means it is ideal for surface inspection. On the other hand, a lower scattering rate makes it easier to transmit through the surface of an object and, therefore, is ideal for transmission applications.
The longer the wavelength, the smaller the scattering rate, making it suitable for inspection applications as a backlight.

It is an indirect lighting that implement the LED around the ring-shaped light guide plate.
In addition, it has a structure in which the LED element is hard to appear, making it ideal for visual inspection of the work glossy like the mouth of the bottle.
Uniformly illuminated by indirect light is useful for uneven work.

The light guide plate emission method, the biggest feature is the thinnest in our catalog and 8.5mm below the height of the lighting. Can be mounted without having to worry about the equipment installation space.
Emit light from the surrounding makes it power saving.
It is available in a wide range of visual inspection as a backlight.

It is a direct-type surface-emitting lighting that implements a high density on a plane bullet-type LED elements.
Square oblique lighting is equipped with a 4 bar surface illumination angle of movable lighting one, can be varied freely irradiation angle.Control lighting each surface is also available.
Please use the diffuser and polarization plate to soften the glare of the LED element in a work shiny and if you have uniformity of the light emitting surface.
