Wide RGB full-color bar Illumination with 40 mm light-emitting surface width
With a light-emitting surface width size of 40 mm, approximately twice as wide as that of the IDBA-LE series (19 mm), this wide type bar lighting can illuminate an area almost equivalent to that of the IDBA-LEH2 series with double-row specifications.
Wide illumination angle of approx. 140 degrees and high uniformity of diffused light, which prevents unevenness of illumination.
Two types are available: a high-brightness specification ideal for direct irradiation and a high-uniformity specification ideal for backlighting.

A single LAN cable can be used to connect to the tip of the robot arm.
For general connections
For general connections, many dedicated cables are required to connect to cameras and other equipment, and wiring is often complicated.
・LAN cable for transferring image data from the camera to a PC.
・Connection cable to feed power from the controller to the illumination.
・I/O cable that sends I/O signals from the PC through the controller.
For IRLMAR
With IRKMAR, data and signals can be transmitted, received, and powered with a single LAN cable via PoE Injector.
IRLMAR and the camera can be wired/trigger-synchronized in close proximity, and only one LAN cable is required for wiring when installed on the end of a robot arm, making wiring simple and lightweight.
Example of image synthesis
By combining 8 images captured using 8CH split specification lighting, images such as [Average Brightness image], [Halation removal image], [Regular reflectance image], [Surface curvature image], [Albedo image], and [Surface height image] can be generated, and image processing can be performed with the best combined image for the desired inspection content.
