High capacity constant voltage controller ideal for line sensors and large surface illumination

The variable output voltage system is ideal for line sensor cameras and high-speed shutter cameras.

It is capable of supporting large 24V DC light with power consumption of 100W/300W/600W and makes it possible to select an optimal light control by setting a low-voltage output limit.

It is possible to switch between ethernet and parallel communication for external light control.

Optimize the dimming range by setting the output lower limit

This product performs dimming with variable output voltage in 1000 gradations from 0 to 999, but can be used within the dimming range according to the customer’s environment by setting the output lower limit value (H mode / L mode).

The three lineup of “LAN communication/8 bit parallel communication”switch, “RS-232C communication/8 bit parallel communication” switch, “RS-485 communication/Analog 0-5V” switch are available as standard.

External light control can be chosen for your network environment.

External ON/OFF Signal and Inverting Function of Lighting Output

The conventional products had a lighting fluctuation due to the a synchronism of an external ON/OFF signal and inner PWM cycle.

However, the PWM cycle of this product synchronizes with the external ON/OFF signal so it has no lighting fluctuation.

Various External ON/OFF Functions

With the external ON/OFF mode, the “High Mode” which enables the lighting to be turned off with the signal and the “Low Mode” which enavles the lighting to be turned on with the signal are switchable.

External ON/OFF type has “Normal type”, “Repeat type” which keeps lighting with one trigger, and “Single type” which turns the light on for one cycle with one trigger.

In all patterns, the delay time from the external ON / OFF signal to lighting can be set in the range of 0 to 9,999 μS for each channel (delay control).

Overdrive effects

By connecting the LED Illumination of DC12V operation and operating overdrive up to 36V, it can be illuminated 4 times more brightly than steady light.

In situations where the workpiece moves at high speeds, high-speed moving body imaging can be realized by increasing the light intensity.

Increasing the aperture value of the lens increases the tolerance of the depth of field, and covers the small focus shift that is likely to occur due to the vibration of the device.

Improved output lower limit voltage value compared to conventional products

The output lower limit voltage value has been improved from 10.5V to 6V, and the output control range on the lower output side has been expanded.
